And Start the Begging...

We took the children to see Santa Clause last Saturday. Santa must really be watching all year round, cause he seems to know that two members of the naughty list had arrived! (Look at his expression.)

Adele proved, once again, that she will smile at anyone for any reason.

We ran into a pretty cute little kid in the Santa line and she consented to have her picture taken with us.

This is Zoey...Ryan's niece who Elsa adopted as her own personal baby-doll the day she met her.
The same day we also attempted to get both girls to smile and look at the camera at the same time in front of the Christmas tree. These were the results:

We still can't figure out why she can't sleep at night.

Pretty Baby, We Love This Girl!

Elsa took the picture of her above. I loved the shot of her peeking out at us.

Blurry Halloween

A couple of weekends ago, I took my little people to Gardner Village for the witch festival they do up. I didn't bring a camera, so I had to make do with the cell phone. As often as I need a camera and don't have one, I think I need to invest in a better phone.

This is Elsa inside a witch's bedroom.

Play Time!

This is Adele's daily exercise routine. She does about 20 reps and evening.

Getting ready: And up one:

Straighten those elbows!

And down:

And when it's time to relax and enjoy life, she has her best friend Elsa to hang-out with.

"Elsa is so funny; she has the best ideas! She makes me giggle!"

Adele has such a fun big sister!

She is a lucky girl!

The New Digs

Elsa has been asking forever (since before Adele was born) if she could share a room with her sister. We have resisted because we have thought she would eventually appreciate her own room. But, since all the guests left, she has been sleeping in the spare bed in Addey's room and we wanted to take it out. We knew taking the bed would make Elsa sad because she would not get to sleep in the room with her sister anymore so this weekend, while she was away, we converted her bedroom in to a play room.

And we moved her bed and clothes into Adele's bedroom (now known as "the girls' bedroom) and the sisters share a room.
Adele sleeps all night usually now anyway. This (below) is the girls "celebrating" the first day of the rest of their childhood in a room together (that's right, no going back now).

This is What Baby Sisters are For

First we practiced with Sophia.
Then Elsa got to do what she has wanted to do since Adele was born.
